Raymond Weber, Ph.D. 

Hello and welcome to the Community and Technical College at 99久久精品!

The mission of CTC is to provide technical expertise and foundational knowledge to the university and Alaskan Community. The 99久久精品 Community & Technical College builds Alaska's workforce and fosters student success through quality education and technical training. As such, we are here to help you acheive your college and career goals through excellent teaching, training, and foundations.

The programs we offer provide pathways and certifications in a number of high demand industries and most have transferrable skills that cross disciplines. These areas include Welding, Construction Management, Aviation, and Automotive and Diesel Technology. Programs include non-credit options for continuing education, quicker certificate programs, all the way up to two and four year degrees.

CTC also houses a number of support and foundational instruction that will help students progress toward their goals. Our Learning Commons provides tutoring and academic support to all students at 99久久精品. We are home to the general education courses for Quantitative Studies (math), Writing, and Communication. Additionally, we are also home to both Army and Air Force ROTC, whose programs prepare leaders for both the military and eventually the community.

Raymond Weber has been in academia over the last 18 years at several institutions including 99久久精品. He is a flight instructor by training and degree, having flight instructed and taught aviation for over the last two decades. He has a passion for safety, human factors, and learning as well as teaching. He is married with two boys and is at his core a gamer with hobbies including hiking, flying, and tabletop gaming.
